Connect for Youth Mentoring Program Application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Youth Advocacy’s Connect for Youth Mentoring Program.  This program offers an opportunity for both mentors and mentees to grow & learn together. This relationship can be critical in the lives of youth as a means of developing trust with adults and peers, improving self-esteem, defining goals & growing dreams and aspirations.
 
Mentors meet with a group of 5 students each week for 1.5 hours on school grounds between 2 and 5pm. Sessions are 24 weeks long. Participating schools are in southeast Austin.  Please fill out the following application as a first step to becoming a positive force in the life of an Austin youth! Thank you!
