Regional Tobacco-Free Teen Leadership Summits

The Texas School Safety Center will conduct 14 Texas Tobacco-Free Teen Leadership Summits during the Spring of 2012 to train and equip community and school-based organizations to invest in youth. At these summits young people and adult allies will come together to create positive social change concerning tobacco use and prevention.
This year's Summits will focus on promoting the statewide youth movement, Say What!, in addition to activities and events your community can host to support Texas becoming a smoke-free state.
Thanks to funding from the Texas Department of State Health Services, registrations, lodging and meals are provided FREE of charge to all confirmed participants! The only cost to each group is transportation to and from the summit.

Feel free to contact Jennifer Steele (js42@txstate.edu) or Ruby Moore (rm72@txstate.edu) or at 877-304-2727 if you have any questions or need more information.

Space at each Summit is limited so register early for the Summit nearest you!
