Event Description

DATE: September 20, 2010 (Monday) through September 22, 2010 (Wednesday)

THERE IS NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION!

The deadline to register to attend the meeting(s) is Wednesday, September 1st, 2010 at 5 p.m. In registration, please indicate if you are only coming to the Prevention Provider Meeting on the first day, the PRC/CCP Fall Meetings scheduled September 21st and 22nd or all three days.

Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email, then you are not registered. If you are having trouble with online registration, please contact Bre Stogner at 877-287-1533.

If you want to reserve a sleeping room at the Marriot South Austin where the meeting is being held with the negotiated $94/night rate (less than the actual per diem rate at Austin, TX at this time), please call 1-800-228-9290 or 888-758-0895 and ask for the DSHS Prevention Provider group block by September 1st at 5:00 p.m. Any reservations made after this time will be full price.
