Event Description

For Everyone:

Effective group facilitation is an art! The successful group facilitator is flexible and observant, accepting and affirming, and can listen and lead while bringing a group from diverse life experiences together as they improve their skills, knowledge and attitudes.

Participants will be given the opportunity to explore their personal facilitation skills and identify areas that need enhancement or new skills they need to acquire. Areas that will be explored include: your bag of tricks, importance of group promises, be their role model, not their friend, and being real through authenticity.
CPS Domains: II Education & Skill Development and V. Professional Growth & Responsibility
