Event Description
Those of us in the human services family all know that in the face of life's stresses and adversities, children and youth can learn to develop mediating, protective strategies to cope. But what about ourselves? We face stress and adversity as part of our regular work experience. What do we do in the face of this adversity? This workshop will provide opportunities to explore ways to take better care of ourselves.
Comments
All EXISTING direct care staff are required to attend 15 hours of continued education trainings by the end of FY11. This training is designed to complete 15 hours of that requirement.
Coordinated Training Services (CTS) reserves the right to cancel any training for which a minimum of five (5) participants have not pre-registered within 10 days prior to the training.
