SPF-SIG Strategic Planning Training: Participants of this training will receive instruction on how to build a strategic plan based on their data-drive logic model for the coalition to develop a prevention implementation guide. The instruction will include how to prioritize intervening variables, how to identify a data driven measurable goal for each intervening variable, and how to identify evidence-based strategies to reach their goals. Worksheets will be utilized to assist coalitions in identifying their baseline data to measure success and the evidence-based strategies to utilize. 1-day minimum.
