This scholarship has been established to honor the work and dedication of Dan Rawlins to the practice of street outreach. The annual recipient of this scholarship will receive a full scholarship to attend the Street Outreach Workers Conference, including a waived conference fee, travel, transportation, accommodations, and per diem expenses. They will also be awarded a plaque in recognition of being chosen to receive this prestigious scholarship.
